Before the construction starts we will draft a standard Building Contract. We will complete a checklist of activities and necessary documentation including Project Management Plan (PMP), bespoke Health and Safety file (H&S), arranging a Building Control inspector, suspending a parking bay for a skip & a trade permit if required. The Building Contract covers the commencement date, handover date, all details agreed on the estimate and payment schedule. The PMP gives a specific time line for each phase from start to completion.
