At the early stages of enquiry, most questions we receive are about feasibility and budget. Site visits offer a fantastic opportunity to address your initial questions and run you through our unique Style Building three-stage process. All site visits are with a member of our Architectural Team, and take place in the comfort of your own home. The site visit is designed to offer clarity on two points, planning feasibility and cost. We are addressing the first point by carrying out a research prior to the visit via the local planning portal, so we can offer an ideas of planning feasibility right from the start. The second point we look to address is budget. During the visit, we collect the information necessary to produce a quote which offers both a cost breakdown for the Design & Construction Phase. We have a selection of site visits to choose from which are all tailored to suit homeowners with different requirements. We have summarized what to expect with each booking in the table below.
