BEFORE WORK BEGINS
- We will never quote for any work that we cannot undertake
- We will, at all times, have sufficient insurance cover for the work
WHILST WORK IS IN PROGRESS
- We will supply quality materials and fittings at all times
- We will, at all times, treat you and your property with the utmost respect and ensure that the working site remains a safe and healthy environment
- If there are any changes to the work specified these will be confirmed in writing and agreed with you before such work is undertaken
WHEN THE WORK IS COMPLETE
- We will carry out any snagging (checking for and correcting any problems)
- We will leave the site clean, tidy and fully ready for use
- Any relevant operating instructions and guarantees will be handed over to you and you will be properly briefed about any maintenance or operating issues
